Collaboration

Bring A Workshop To Your Community

I welcome workshop and speaking inquiries from schools, organizations, and community groups. We can discuss your audience, goals, and access needs to see whether a session is a good fit.

Possible topics include:
  • Accessible mindfulness and contemplative practice.
  • Practical approaches to attention and overwhelm.
  • Neurodiversity-affirming meditation.
  • Bringing contemplative practice into everyday life.

To inquire, share a little about your group, the topic you have in mind, preferred dates, location or online format, and approximate group size.
