Executive Function Coaching

Executive Function Coaching For Adults

Make it easier to turn intentions into action.

You may have plenty of ideas and know what needs to happen, yet feel stuck when it is time to begin. Coaching offers a place to understand the obstacles, create a realistic plan, and practice following through with support. I work with adults navigating ADHD, procrastination, and everyday overwhelm. Together, we build strategies around your strengths, responsibilities, and goals.

Areas of Focus

What We Can Work On

01

Choosing priorities and making a realistic weekly plan.

02

Breaking down projects and starting tasks that feel difficult.

03

Using reminders, calendars, and routines that fit your life.

04

Working with frustration, avoidance, and self-criticism.

05

Returning to useful habits when a plan falls apart.

What Sessions Are Like

We begin with a conversation about your priorities, routines, and what you have already tried. We choose a few goals and agree on practical ways to notice progress.

A session might focus on planning your week, preparing for a deadline, or understanding why a routine is not sticking. You leave with a manageable next step. At future sessions, we review what happened and adjust the strategy together.

A Flexible Approach

Regulate, Design, Act, and Review is the framework I use to help us consider your emotions, energy, and environment alongside the task. You do not need to feel perfectly calm or motivated before taking a small step. Mindfulness is optional and adapted to your preferences.
